The Curchin Group to Host its First Annual Indoor Miniature Golf Tournament for Charity

RED BANK, New Jersey (July 31, 2006) – The Curchin Group, a mid-sized, full-service certified public accounting firm based in Red Bank, New Jersey,  announced today that it will host its first annual “Curchin Open,” a nine hole miniature golf tournament for charity.  The event will take place at Curchin’s Red Bank office on September 21, 2006 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Player fees are $20.00 per person which includes one round of golf, food and two beverages.  There will be a practice putting green and a fantasy golf scratch-off competition. 

All proceeds from the event will benefit two locally-based charities – Monmouth Council Boy Scouts and Michael’s Feat, an organization established to support, give comfort, and ease the burden for parents caring for seriously ill newborns in Monmouth and Ocean counties.  Organizations that are sponsoring  The Curchin Open include United Teletech; Zager, Fuchs, Ambrose & Krantz; ADP; Holmes & McDowell; SFG Financial; Future Skies; Rumson Fair Haven Bank; Ianelli and Associates; County Educators; International Security Agency; Two River Bank; Ameriprise Financial; Total Financial Concepts; Hole in One Miniature Golf; and The Globe Hotel.

Curchin Partner Peter Pfister, said, “The Curchin Group has been in the Red Bank community for over 50 years.
