Curchin Partner Doug Stives is Featured on “Your Money” with CNBC Personal Finance Correspondent Sharon Epperson

RED BANK, New Jersey (January 13, 2005) - The Curchin Group (“Curchin”) announced today that Doug Stives, a 30 year firm veteran, will be featured on a special holiday edition of CNBC's “Your Money” with Sharon Epperson.

This hour long segment, which focuses on the market for Residential Housing and the benefits of home ownership, will air on the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, Monday January 17, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Mr. Stives teams up with Ernst & Young's Barbara Raasch to discuss some of the 2004 tax implications of buying and selling a home. For potential home buyers, Mr. Stives and Ms. Raasch explain what are the biggest tax savings involved in owning a home and in which tax situations these benefits might be diluted. Home sellers will learn what tax deductions they are eligible for and how they might be impacted by the new law on the sale of personal residences acquired in Like-Kind exchanges. Other featured participants on the segment will be Mr. James Gillespie, President & CEO of Coldwell Banker, Ed Powell, Chief Consumer Officer of Lending Tree.com and Ms. Mary L.
