The Curchin Group Hosts Fourth Annual Miniature Golf Tournament
for Charity
RED BANK, New Jersey (November 4, 2009) – The Curchin
Group, LLC, a mid-sized, full-service accounting firm based
in Red Bank, New Jersey, raised a record-breaking $16,000
for local charities last week by holding its Fourth Annual
Indoor Mini Golf Open. The Firm’s professionals lovingly
toil over each of the “holes” that make up the
9-Hole course. The Mini Golf Open takes place indoors at
The Curchin Group’s Red Bank, New Jersey office; this
year from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Players donated their fees
of $20.00 per person, which included one round of golf, food
and beverages. Additional fundraising events included
a Fantasy Scratch-Off and an interactive hole-in-one competition. The
event was sponsored by over 40 businesses and individuals.
“This was the fourth year we have done this and it
keeps getting better and better. The staff continue to get
excited about the event each year and the fact that we raised
the most money this year has everyone extremely proud of
their efforts,” said Robert Fouratt, CPA.
All proceeds from the event benefit two local charities – The
Monmouth Museum and Mercy Center and the Sisters Academy
