Curchin Partner Participates in Case Study for The Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey
RED BANK, New Jersey (November 17, 2009) – The Curchin
Group, LLC, a mid-sized, full-service accounting firm based
in Red Bank, New Jersey, announced today that Partner Lynn
A. Conover, CPA, participated in The Estate and Financial
Planning Council of Central New Jersey’s (“the
Council”) breakfast meeting case study on “Estate
Planning Case-Act 1” on November 3 at Jumping Brook
Country Club in Neptune, NJ. Conover participated in
a panel with banker, Richard Kelly of PNC Wealth Management,
attorney, Frank Fischer of Broege, Newmann, Fischer & Shaver,
LLC and financial consultant, Robert Black of National Financial. The
panel presented a hypothetical case outlining a number of
facts and circumstances related to estate planning issues
to an audience of approximately 70 member of the Council
which consisted of accountants, attorneys, bankers and financial
planners. The case drew much lively discussion and
additional questions from the audience. The panel will
take the discussed items into consideration along with the
other facts and circumstances originally presented and present
it suggested solutions to the Council members at the next
meeting on December 1, 2009.
