DAVID L. FERULLO, CPA
Senior Audit Partner
“Early in my career I learned that when you’re working closely with a client, you often know what the problems are. The key is looking beyond the obvious to see where the real issues lie and how you can help the client.”
Dave joined Curchin in 1977 and was managing partner from 1988 to 2000. During his extensive career in public accounting, Dave has developed an expertise in the homeowners’ association, construction and not-for-profit industries. He also provides auditing, tax planning and compliance, and financial advisory services to small to mid-size closely-held businesses, as well as high net worth individuals.
Dave is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association of New Jersey. He is a past president of the Community Associations Institute – New Jersey Chapter, where he has frequently spoken on issues relating to accounting, taxation of community associations and budgeting. The New Jersey Cooperator, a monthly community association publication, has sought Dave for quotes in the areas of budget and finance.
Also a past president of the Red Bank Rotary Club, Dave currently serves as treasurer of the Red Bank Rotary Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Monmouth College (now Monmouth University).
Dave proudly enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren and attending their sporting and school events.
