Job Descriptions

The audit supervisor/manager position requires an energetic individual to have the following qualifications:

  • At least five (5) plus years of accounting and audit experience(supervisor), eight (8) plus years (manager)
  • Audit experience including ability to oversee and perform audits in various fields, financial statement preparation, GAAP and other accounting related rules
  • Be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with on-going continuing professional education to maintain or Non-CPA with similar experience
  • Ability to supervise other professional staff and have strong organizational skills
  • Participate with the Firm’s Audit and Accounting committee
  • Experience with tax related services a plus
  • Participate in business groups and professional organizations
  • A goal to become a future partner

The individual should possess skills to be able to work independently and develop relationships with client personnel.

Salary is negotiable.

The senior accountant position requires an energetic individual to have the following qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of public accounting experience
  • Has passed the CPA exam or is in process of completing the exam
  • Experience or knowledge with audit standards, GAAP and tax related items including tax return preparation, payroll and sales tax preparation and related software
  • Complete other projects as the need arises

The individual should possess skills to be able to work independently, develop relationships with client personnel and begin supervision of staff.

Salary is negotiable.

The tax supervisor/manager position requires an energetic individual to have the following qualifications:

  • At least five (5) plus years of tax experience(supervisor), eight (8) plus years (manager)
  • Tax experience including tax return preparation and review, planning, research and related experience
  • Be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with on-going continuing professional education to maintain or Non-CPA with similar experience
  • Ability to supervise other professional staff and have strong organizational skills
  • Experience or knowledge with CCH platform of software including tax preparation, fixed assets, Engagement and Document
  • Participate with the Firm’s tax committee
  • Experience with audit related services a plus
  • Participate in business groups and professional organizations
  • A goal to become a future partner

The individual should possess skills to be able to work independently and develop relationships with client personnel.

Salary is negotiable.

The para-professional position requires a high energy individual that enjoys working with a variety of people and will be given full responsibility to a variety of clients under direct supervision and have the following skills:

  • Perform ongoing bookkeeping with a knowledge of QuickBooks, other accounting software knowledge is a plus
  • Full knowledge of payroll and sales tax reporting
  • Full knowledge of financial information, depreciation, debt, bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Experience with preparation of individual, trust and business tax returns
  • Basic knowledge of various firm related technologies (will train if needed)
  • Assist with other projects as needed
